# KYC & Activation

## Overview

To maintain platform security, compliance standards, and operational integrity, all ONZA+ participants are required to complete the applicable verification process before activating a license.

Verification requirements may vary depending on the selected license type and jurisdiction.

### Eligibility Requirements

Participants must:

* Be at least 18 years of age
* Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
* Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
* Successfully complete the required verification process

### Individual Verification (KYC)

Participants activating a standard ONZA+ License are required to complete **Know Your Customer (KYC)** verification.

Verification may include:

* Government-issued identification
* Proof of address (if required)
* Additional compliance documentation when necessary

### Institutional Verification (KYB)

Organizations and legal entities applying for Institutional AI Market Intelligence Licenses may be required to complete **Know Your Business (KYB)** verification.

Additional documentation may include:

* Company registration documents
* Corporate ownership information
* Authorized representative identification
* Compliance-related documentation

Requirements may vary depending on jurisdiction and organizational structure.

### Activation Process

* **1️⃣ Create an Account**\
  Register your account and begin the onboarding process.
* **2️⃣ Complete Verification**\
  Submit the required documentation and complete the verification process.
* **3️⃣ Select a License**\
  Choose the ONZA+ License tier that best fits your requirements.
* **4️⃣ Activate Your License**\
  Once approved and activated, the ONZA+ operational cycle begins.
* **5️⃣ Access the ONZA+ Environment**\
  Participants gain access to the applicable ONZA+ technology infrastructure, analytical tools, and operational environment associated with their selected license.

### Verification Review

Verification submissions may be reviewed before activation is approved.

Additional information or documentation may be requested where required for compliance or security purposes.

### Activation Requirements

License activation is only available after:

* Verification has been successfully completed
* Required information has been submitted
* Compliance checks have been approved

Failure to complete the required verification process may result in restricted access or inability to activate a license.
