### Operational Framework

All Institutional Licenses operate under the same structured framework:

* 🔒 Licensed allocation remains locked during the active cycle
* 🚫 Early termination is not available
* 🔓 Unlock functionality becomes available after cycle completion
* 🔁 A new license cycle may be activated after completion

### Eligibility

Institutional Licenses may require additional verification and compliance procedures depending on the applicant, jurisdiction, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Additional documentation may be requested during the onboarding process.
