# Allocation & Lock

## Overview

Each ONZA+ License operates within a structured operational framework that includes a defined allocation and lock mechanism.

This framework is designed to support the operation of the ONZA+ technology infrastructure throughout the active license cycle.

### 90-Day Operational Cycle

All ONZA+ Licenses operate on a fixed **90-day operational cycle**.

Once a license is activated, the cycle begins and remains active for the full duration.

The operational cycle applies to all ONZA+ License tiers.

### Allocation Lock Structure

During the active operational cycle:

* 🔒 Licensed allocations remain locked
* ⏳ The license remains active for the full 90-day period
* 🚫 Early termination is not available
* 🚫 Withdrawal functionality is not available during the active cycle

This structure allows the ONZA+ technology environment to operate within its defined parameters.

### During the Active Cycle

While a license is active:

* The operational cycle continues uninterrupted
* Licensed allocations remain within the ONZA+ environment
* Platform services and technology infrastructure continue to operate according to the selected license tier

All license tiers follow the same operational framework.

### Cycle Completion

At the end of the 90-day operational cycle:

* 🔓 Unlock functionality becomes available
* 📅 Withdrawal functionality becomes available within up to five (5) days
* 🔁 Participants may activate a new ONZA+ License cycle

Each license cycle operates independently.

### :pushpin: Important Notes

* All ONZA+ Licenses operate on a fixed **90-day cycle**
* Licensed allocations remain locked during the active cycle
* Withdrawal functionality is not available during the active cycle
* Unlock functionality becomes available after cycle completion
* A new license cycle may be activated after completion

:warning:**Important Notice :**

The allocation and lock structure forms part of the operational framework of the ONZA+ technology environment.

ONZA+ is an **AI Technology License** providing access to proprietary technology infrastructure and analytical environments.

The allocation lock mechanism should not be interpreted as:

* An investment arrangement
* A financial product
* A managed account structure
* A guarantee of performance or outcomes

Participation in digital market environments involves risk, and actual outcomes depend on system operation and market conditions.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://onza.gitbook.io/onza/onzaplus/allocation-and-lock.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
