# What is ONZA NEXUS?

## Overview

**ONZA NEXUS** is a range of software-access licenses that provide access to a **digital technology ecosystem powered by artificial intelligence**, owned by ONZA Technology Ltd and distributed through the **Connect Marketplace**.

Users access the technology through a **one-time License Activation Fee**, with each license operating for a term of **up to 12 months**.

ONZA NEXUS is a **technology-access product** with defined operating rules, contractual limits, verification requirements, and compliance controls.

### ⚙️ How ONZA NEXUS Works

Once a license is successfully activated:

* The license operates for **up to 12 months**
* Eligible credits are calculated at a **scheduled weekly cut-off**
* Credits depend on the **actual performance of the system**
* Weekly credit amounts are **variable and may be zero**
* Credited and approved balances may be requested for withdrawal during the applicable **weekly withdrawal window**
* Each license has a **maximum contractual gross credit ceiling**
* The license closes when the **12-month term is completed** or the applicable maximum credit ceiling is reached, whichever occurs first

### 📋 License Options

ONZA NEXUS offers **eight access levels** across two license families:

#### Standard Licenses

* **Nexus Access**
* **Nexus Core**
* **Nexus Advanced**
* **Nexus Professional**
* **Nexus Enterprise**

#### Institutional Licenses

### ⚠️ Important Information

Credits are **variable**, depend on the actual performance of the system, and may be **zero in any period**.

Each license has a maximum contractual gross credit ceiling equivalent to **1.5 times the activation value, including the activation value itself**.

The **1.5× limit is a maximum contractual cap only**. It is not an expected, promised, or guaranteed outcome.

Actual cumulative credits may be **lower than the License Activation Fee**, and users may incur a **partial or total loss**.

Digital assets involve risks including **network, custody, volatility, and counterparty risks**.

**No amount, percentage, or outcome is guaranteed.**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://onza.gitbook.io/onza/onza-nexus/what-is-onza-nexus.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
