# Eligibility & Verification

Before an ONZA NEXUS license can become active, users must successfully complete the applicable **identity and compliance verification requirements**.

### 👤 Standard Licenses

Users applying for a Standard ONZA NEXUS license must complete the required **identity and compliance verification process** before activation.

Verification may include:

* **Identity verification**
* **Sanctions screening**
* **Wallet screening**
* **Jurisdictional checks**
* Additional information or documentation where required

A license becomes active only after the required verification and compliance checks have been successfully completed.

### 🏢 Institutional Licenses

Institutional licenses are subject to an **enhanced onboarding and verification process**.

Before activation, requirements may include:

* **Extended KYC/KYB**
* **Source of Funds review**
* **Wallet analysis**
* **Suitability assessment**
* **Transaction monitoring**

Additional information or documentation may be requested where required by applicable compliance procedures.

### 🌍 Jurisdictional Eligibility

ONZA NEXUS is available only in **approved jurisdictions**.

Eligibility and availability may depend on:

* Country or jurisdiction of residence
* Successful completion of the required verification
* Applicable legal and regulatory requirements
* Compliance approval

Access may be restricted where the product is not approved or available.

### ⚠️ Compliance & Security

ONZA NEXUS licenses remain subject to applicable **compliance and security controls and ongoing monitoring** throughout the license term.

Where required for **compliance, security, or legal reasons**, a license may be **suspended**.

During a suspension:

* **Weekly credits are not applied**
* **Withdrawals are not available**

The license may return to active status once the applicable review or issue has been resolved, subject to compliance approval.
