Introduction Welcome to ONZA. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of: * ONZA App * ONZA+ * ONZA Academy * AI Agents * Crypto GPT * Crypto AI * God's Eye * Educational Resources * Market Intelligence Tools * Related software, websites, applications, technology services, and future ONZA products By accessing, registering for, downloading, purchasing, activating, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform. ### 2. Platform Nature ONZA operates as a **technology, educational, and analytical platform**. The Platform provides: * Educational content * Artificial intelligence tools * Analytical technologies * Market intelligence technologies * Automation infrastructure * Software licenses * Technology access solutions ONZA does not provide: * Banking services * Brokerage services * Custody services * Asset management services * Portfolio management services * Financial advisory services * Investment advisory services * Securities offerings * Collective investment schemes * Managed accounts Nothing within the Platform should be interpreted as regulated financial activity unless explicitly stated by a separately licensed provider. ### 3. ONZA App License The ONZA App provides access to educational and analytical technologies including: * AI Agents * Academy * Crypto GPT * Crypto AI * God's Eye * Market Intelligence Tools * Educational Resources The ONZA App is licensed, not sold. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the application in accordance with these Terms. ### 6. ONZA+ License ONZA+ is a proprietary technology license providing time-based access to AI-powered technological infrastructure and analytical systems. The ONZA+ License: * Is time-based * Is non-transferable * Is non-refundable unless required by law * Does not confer ownership rights * Does not constitute a security * Does not constitute an investment contract * Does not constitute a financial product Users receive access rights only. All intellectual property remains the property of ONZA. ### 7. License Term Standard ONZA+ Licenses operate on a defined **90-day access cycle**, unless otherwise specified. Upon expiration: * Access may terminate * Renewal may be required * Additional verification may be requested ONZA reserves the right to modify future license offerings. ### 8. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure ONZA utilizes: * Artificial intelligence systems * Machine learning technologies * Algorithmic frameworks * Automated analytical models Users acknowledge that: * AI outputs may be inaccurate * AI outputs may be incomplete * AI outputs may contain errors * AI-generated information is informational only AI-generated content should not be solely relied upon for decision-making. ### 9. God's Eye Disclosure God's Eye is a technological market-analysis solution. God's Eye: * Does not predict future market performance * Does not guarantee outcomes * Does not provide investment advice * Does not recommend transactions God's Eye is provided solely as an informational and analytical technology tool. ### 10. No Financial Advice No content provided through: * ONZA * ONZA+ * Academy * AI Agents * Crypto GPT * Crypto AI * God's Eye * Market Intelligence Tools Constitutes: * Financial advice * Investment advice * Tax advice * Legal advice * Trading recommendations Users should seek independent professional advice when required. ### 11. Digital Asset Risk Disclosure Users acknowledge that digital asset markets may involve: * Extreme volatility * Regulatory uncertainty * Cybersecurity threats * Liquidity risk * Counterparty risk * Smart contract risk * Technology failures * Complete loss of value Past performance is not indicative of future results. No outcome is guaranteed. ### 12. User Responsibility Users remain solely responsible for: * Their decisions * Their actions * Their legal compliance * Their financial outcomes * Their use of the Platform ONZA does not assume responsibility for user decisions. ### 13. Acceptable Use Users may not: * Reverse engineer the Platform * Copy proprietary systems * Scrape data * Resell services * Upload malicious software * Circumvent security measures * Misrepresent ONZA products * Use the Platform unlawfully Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination. ### 14. Intellectual Property All Platform content, including: * Trademarks * Logos * Software * Databases * Algorithms * AI models * Educational materials * Market intelligence systems * Documentation Remains the exclusive property of ONZA or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users. ### 15. Service Availability ONZA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service interruptions may occur due to: * Maintenance * Upgrades * Cybersecurity incidents * Third-party provider issues * Regulatory changes * Force majeure events ### 16. Third-Party Services The Platform may integrate with third-party providers. ONZA is not responsible for: * Third-party performance * Third-party content * Third-party security * Third-party policies Users interact with third parties at their own risk. ### 17. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONZA shall not be liable for: * Market losses * Trading losses * Lost profits * Lost opportunities * Data loss * Service interruptions * AI-generated outputs * Indirect or consequential damages ### 18. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONZA and its affiliates from claims arising from: * Violation of these Terms * Violation of applicable laws * Misuse of the Platform * Infringement of third-party rights ### 19. Termination ONZA may suspend or terminate access immediately for: * Breach of Terms * Regulatory concerns * Security concerns * Fraud * Misrepresentation Termination does not affect accrued rights. ### 20. Privacy & Cookies Use of the Platform is subject to the ONZA Privacy & Cookie Policy. Users should review the Policy before using the Platform. ### 21. Modifications ONZA reserves the right to amend, modify, update, replace, or revise these Terms, policies, disclosures, licenses, platform features, products, services, and operational procedures at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ### 22.
