No. ONZA NEXUS is a **software-access license**. It is not an investment product, trading product, speculation vehicle, deposit, financial instrument, managed account, or financial advice. #### Does ONZA NEXUS manage personal financial accounts? No. ONZA NEXUS provides access to its software and technology ecosystem. It does not operate as a managed account or provide financial advice. *** ### ⏳ License & Operational Cycle #### **How long does an ONZA NEXUS License last?** Each ONZA NEXUS License operates for a maximum term of **12 months (365 calendar days)**. #### **Can I transfer my ONZA NEXUS License?** No. ONZA NEXUS Licenses are **personal and non-transferable**. Each license is limited to **one operating cycle**. *** ### 💳 License Levels & Activation #### What ONZA NEXUS Licenses are available? ONZA NEXUS offers the following licenses: **Standard Licenses** * Nexus Access — **$125** * Nexus Core — **$650** * Nexus Advanced — **$1,300** * Nexus Professional — **$3,500** * Nexus Enterprise — **$5,000** **Institutional Licenses** * Nexus Institutional I — **$10,000** * Nexus Institutional II — **$25,000** * Nexus Institutional III — **$50,000** #### What is the License Activation Fee? The License Activation Fee is the **one-time fee** required to activate the selected ONZA NEXUS software-access license. #### What is the maximum contractual gross credit ceiling? Each license has a maximum contractual gross credit ceiling equal to **1.5× its activation value, including the activation value itself**. #### Is the 1.5× ceiling guaranteed? No. The **1.5× figure is a maximum contractual ceiling only**. It is not a target, promised amount, expected outcome, or guaranteed result. #### Is the 1.5× amount additional to the activation value? No. The maximum contractual gross credit ceiling **includes the activation value itself**. *** ### 📊 Weekly Credits #### How do weekly credits work? During the active license term, the system performs a **scheduled weekly cut-off** to determine the eligible credit amount based on actual system performance and the applicable operating parameters. #### Are weekly credits guaranteed? No. Weekly credits are **variable and may be zero**. #### Will I receive the same credit amount every week? No. Credit amounts may **vary from week to week** depending on actual system performance. #### Does a previous credit guarantee future credits? No. Previous system performance or previously credited amounts do **not guarantee future credits or outcomes**. #### Can my total credits be lower than my License Activation Fee? Yes. Actual cumulative credits may be **lower than the License Activation Fee**, and a user may experience a **partial or total loss**. *** ### 💸 Withdrawals #### Can I withdraw my credited balance? Yes. **Credited and approved balances** may be requested for withdrawal through the applicable **weekly withdrawal window**. #### Can I request a withdrawal at any time? No. Withdrawals are available on a **weekly basis** through the applicable withdrawal window. #### Which digital assets are available for withdrawal? Withdrawals may be settled in: * **USDC** * **USDT** * **Bitcoin (BTC)** Availability is subject to applicable jurisdictional, network, provider, and compliance requirements. #### Are withdrawals subject to approval? Yes. Every withdrawal request is subject to **security review and compliance approval** before settlement. #### Are there minimum withdrawal amounts or limits? Yes. Withdrawals may be subject to applicable **minimum amounts, processing windows, and per-period limits**. #### Are withdrawal fees applicable? Yes. Applicable **network and processing fees may apply**. #### Can the value of the digital asset change after withdrawal? Yes. The value of a digital asset may **increase or decrease after settlement** due to market volatility. #### **Are there minimum withdrawal amounts or limits?** Yes. Withdrawals may be subject to applicable **minimum amounts, processing windows, and per-period limits**. *** ### 🔐 Verification & Compliance #### **Do I need to complete verification?** Yes. Applicable **identity and compliance verification requirements** must be successfully completed before the license becomes active.
